With St Patrick's Day coming up, I've been thinking about celebrating my Irish heritage on my paternal grandmother's side of the family tree. I have been known to indulge in the wonderfully delicious Irish cheese available at the store here in the US, the one that talks about cows pleasantly grazing the lush green hillsides in Ireland. With loving the rich taste of the cheese, I was interested to know what other foods they serve in Ireland.
